• Teams must register in the division that their oldest player qualifies for.
  Age Groups:
  8/1/97 - 7/31/98 - U15
  8/1/96 - 7/31/97 - U16
  8/1/95 - 7/31/96 - U17
  8/1/94 - 7/31/95 - U18
  8/1/93 - 7/31/94 - U19
  
• Game starts will be between 6pm and 10pm.
  
• Coed teams will play with two female players on the field at all times. Teams not wishing to play under this rule should sign up for a boys bracket.

* The receipt of an application DOES NOT guarantee acceptance and placement into a session.

* Full payment is due upon application.
