Team check in will be on Saturday ONE HOUR before your first game.  Please come prepared! 

We will need:

5 copies of your roster

Team Waiver Form signed by the parents of the players.  You can bring multiple forms for people out of town.

Proof of age.  Copies of Birth Certificates, Copies of Passports, or Driver's Licenses (adult only)  We cannot accept USYS player cards as proof of age.

Adult Teams will not need proof of age.
