Thank you for your interest in the 15th Annual Carolina Shootout and Academy Festival! 

Important Dates:

October 16: Application period closes. All payments must be received by October 16th.
October 17: Accepted teams will be emailed no later than midnight.
Online Check in begins as soon as team is accepted.
October 20: Schedules posted by midnight.
October 24 @ 5pm: Online check in closes. All paperwork must be complete and approved.
October 25: In-person check in for teams not using online checkin.

TEAM CHECK-IN (MANDATORY)

Team Check-in is MANDATORY for all teams.

Teams may choose to attend Friday night IN-PERSON CHECK-IN or utilize Soccer In College's ONLINE CHECK-IN.

HOTEL POLICY (MANDATORY!)

As a condition of acceptance to the event, the tournament committee requires that all out-of-town teams utilize our travel/booking agent to secure a hotel for their team.

Permission to Host

The approved Permission to Host includes roster size, guest player limits and more.

Minimum number of games: 3
Maximum guests, including club pass players: 
Youth Academy: NO GUEST PLAYERS
All Others: 3 total of Guest + Club pass
Maximum roster size, including guest/club pass players: 
Youth Academy: 12 players
U11 & U12 (9 v 9): 16 players
U13 - U19 (11 v 11):  22 p[layers
Game Length:
Youth Academy: 50 minutes
9 v 9: 60 minutes
11 v 11: 70 minutes
