Referees,

Please register online to referee the 2016 Can Am Cup.     If you have any questions please contact Gary Smith at gsmith248@sc.rr.com. 

For your info, there will be both boys and girls games, ages U8 - U19. For those of you traveling in from out of town (more than 50 miles one way), I will have hotel rooms available and you will get a $50 gas stipend for the weekend.  Below is the payment list for each age group's assignment.

If you receive approval to register from me, register by entering your email below and then filling out the following information.  Once I have your completed registration I'll email you your final acceptance into the tournament.  Once you recieve your acceptance please make sure to block off this weekend to other events and games.
