Check In

Check In will be ONLINE this year.  You may check in online by emailing the proper documents to ryan@smcsoccer.com by Feb. 13.  You can see the items you need for check-in below:

Each team must have the following items:

1. Approved/Certified Roster from your State/National Association

2. Player Passes for all players and coaches

3. Guest player forms (max of 3)

4. An official USYSA travel permit for out of state teams. 

*Your approved roster will be emailed back to you between the dates of 2/13 - 2/16
