Team Check In

 Team check in will be at Trione park 1 hour before games. All teams must check in prior to their first game. 

No dual team rostering. Once a player has played in their first game, that is the team they must play with the remainder of the day.

Items needed for check in:

4 copies of the team's certified SINC Roster (can be printed from site)

Proof of player age (birth certificate or certified, current, laminated player card)

Team check in form (found on site)

Medical release on each rostered player (can be from player's host club or from this site)
