Check In Procedures

Check-in is done online for a fee of $20 per team. The process must be started by the Tuesday before the tournament (midday) and completed by 5pm on the Thursday before the tournament.

Please note that SSA tournament staff do not process the online check-in portion of the tournament. All online check-in documentation is processed by Soccer In College staff at their office. If you need assistance with online check-in, please contact Soccer In College directly using the 'Help' tool on your team account page.

Each team must upload:

1. ONE (1) copy of its official state or official US Club Soccer roster, listing players' names, DOB, and state/US Club Soccer registration ID #s. If you have any club pass players (players who are rostered to a different team at your club for the regular season - max 3 for U10 and U12 divisions, max 5 for U14 and older), please write them in at the bottom of the state roster, noting their DOB and unique GA Soccer/US Club Soccer ID number.

2. State-issued/US Club-issued current-year player pass.

3. ONE (1) completed copy of the official SSA Tournament Waiver Form (downloaded from the link below) if printed out and signed by parents by hand, or an electronic emailed version.

To print out your tournament roster/game cards, just click 'Log In' in the top right corner of this page and enter your log-in info. Once you are logged in, various functions related to our tournament (including printing game cards) should be visible. If you are a coach/administrator for more than one SIC team, you may need to choose the relevant team from the list to access the team's specific functions such as updating rosters, printing out game cards etc. If you have updated your roster already, you can print out your game card from the link below. Please note that you will need to update your roster using the team account before you access your game cards.
