2024 Team Check-In Requirements

Online Check-In is MANDATORY for all teams.  No Exceptions!

ONLINE CHECK-IN:

Online check-in is MANDATORY for all teams.  There is a $20 non-refundable fee for using the Online Check-In system, payable to SinC.  You can BEGIN Online Check-in as soon as your team has been "accepted" into the tournament.  The LATEST you can begin Online Check-In is by 11AM on Tuesday - Aug 29, 2023, and You must COMPLETE online check-in by before NOON on Wednesday, Sept 1, 2023. Using the Online Check-In system requires scanning and uploading photos or documents.

BEFORE YOU BEGIN, please review the check-in requirements included in the document linked to the left.  All documents are required for Online Check-In except you will NOT upload Medical Waivers during the Online Check-In process. Any teams that do not SUCCESSFULLY complete Online Check-In BY THE DEADLINE will not be allowed to participate in the event.  You will know you have "successfully" completed Online Check-In when you receive your email from SinC stating your team is now "Complete".  Please print the required documents INCLUDING multiple copies of your list of ELIGIBLE ATHLETES.  This PDF is generated after OLC has been successfully completed.

Online Check-In starts at your control panel or look for the green check box on the tournament's home page.  Please do not start Online Check-In until all of your team paperwork is ready.  Online Check-In can take a while to complete so do not wait until the last minute to start the process.

Emailing documents to Noell does NOT solve any Online Check-In issues! You must upload ALL required documents to the SinC Online Check-In System.
