REGISTRATION: A mandatory team check-in Registration will be held from 6:00 to 9:00 pm, Friday, May 17th DICKS SPORTING GOODS located at 816 South College Rd, Wilmington, NC. A team representative MUST Attend check-in with all correct paper work in order for your team to partecipate in the tournament. Team registration and maps will be provided at registration night. Items Needed at Registration:
- Team roster approved by your state (1 red stamped copies, plus 4 copies)
- Guest player roster(1 red stamped and 4 copies)
- Medical release forms to be kept in coach's possession
- Travel permits for out-of-state teams
- Player pass cards with the picture permanently attached and properly stamped
Note: NO refunds will be made after an acceptance letter has been mailed to a team, with the exception of teams that make it to the State Cups and Challenge Cup finals. If you are not accepted, your entry fee will be refunded. Due to the State Cup and Challenge Cup Finals, it may be necessary to revise the schedules in selected age groups.
