Team Check-In

We recommend taking advantage of the Online Check-In. You can complete by clicking on the Online Check-In at the top right of the website.

If opting for onsite check-in Manager must be present at the fields at least 1 hour prior to first game kick-off. All teams must present:-

Five (5) Certified State Rosters—one (1) must be an original, four (4) may be photocopies
Medical Release Forms (one for each player)
Certified Player Passes - passes must be laminated

Guest Players

Guest players are allowed with the not exceeding the maximum roster size
Five (4) NCYSA Guest Player Roster Forms - one (1) must be original stamped by the registrar, four (4) may be photocopies
