Emmy Meyring

Emmy Meyring became the head coach of Caltech Women's Soccer in July of 2023.

Meyring joins the Beavers by way of an illustrious soccer journey, competing in the Elite Club National League before playing for four years at Azusa Pacific University. She earned the captaincy for her senior year and wrapped up her intercollegiate playing career by earning all-conference honors. On top of earning her Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Studies, she gained coaching experience at the youth level in what would be the beginning of much more.

Meyring then headed north to Central Washington University, where she served as the Wildcats' assistant coach while attending graduate school. After one season as an assistant, she was named Acting Head Coach for the 2021 season and earned a Master of Science degree in Athletic Administration. Returning to Southern California and Azusa Pacific last year, she most recently worked as an assistant coach and recruiting coordinator for her alma mater.

The new Beaver will lead a talented group of players in 2023 after the team posted its most successful season in program history last fall.

"I could not be more excited to take on the responsibility of leading the Caltech Women's Soccer Program," Meyring said of her new role. "I cannot wait to continue to build and grow the legacy."

He holds a National, Advanced National, and Premier Diploma from United Soccer Coaches, their highest technical certification.

The Salt Lake City, Utah native graduated from Beloit in the Spring of 2014 Summa Cum Laude with a double major in Spanish and Education and Youth Studies and a Philosophy minor. The site worked great for the tournaments I used it for. I had many coaches respond to my contacting them. The site helped me develop confidence in getting through the recruiting process.
