David Lilly enters his first season as a graduate assistant with the ETSU men’s soccer program. Prior to joining the ETSU staff, Lilly served as an assistant coach for three years with Milligan College helping guide the Buffaloes to a conference championship in 2009. Lilly also served as the interim head coach at the end of the 2007 season.
