Ryan Moon

Ryan Moon was named head coach of the Florida Tech women's soccer team in May 2020, becoming the fifth head coach in program history.


Under his first full season as head coach in Fall 2021, Moon led the Panthers to a record of 10-3-9, including a 4-2-4 mark in the SSC. Florida Tech won the NCAA South Region Championship and made it to the national quarterfinal round for the second time in program history during the 2021 campaign. The 10 victories tied Moon atop the program record book for most wins by a head coach in their first full season. The Panthers boasted a 3-0-1 record against ranked opponents and finished the regular season undefeated over the final eight games to clinch the No. 6 seed in the 2021 SSC Tournament. In addition, the Crimson and Gray were 4-0-4 at Rick Stottler Field, joining the Final Four campaign of 2010 as the second unbeaten season at home in program history.


The Panthers defeated Nova Southeastern and Palm Beach Atlantic, both on the road, during the first two rounds of the 2021 SSC Tournament but eventually fell 1-0 to Embry-Riddle in Daytona Beach. The late season run helped Florida Tech earn a spot in the NCAA Tournament as the No. 5 seed in the South Region. The Panthers would defeat the region's No. 4, No. 1, and No. 3 seeds during the first three rounds of the national tournament, winning all three matches in penalty kicks, to earn the program's best finish since the 2010 season. Four Panthers were named to the All-SSC teams, JoJo Micheals and Maria Sanchez Recuero earned first team honors from the conference while Marem Ndiongue and Mayara Queiroz Reis were selected to the second team. Michaels, Sanchez Recuero and Queiroz Reis were also honored with All-South Region laurels from the D2CCA and United Soccer Coaches associations.


After maneuvering the COVID-19 pandemic, Moon led the women's soccer team to a 3-1-2 record during the shortened Spring 2021 season, which included wins over Saint Leo (2-0), Rollins (1-0) and Florida Southern (1-0)


Prior to taking over the helm of the women's soccer team, Moon served on the Florida Tech men's soccer team coaching staff since 2011, holding the role of Associate Head Coach during his final years with the team in 2018 and 2019.


Moon was a three-year member of the Panther men's soccer team from 2008-10 and was Tech's top shutdown defender on the backline. He started 42 of 43 games during that time while also serving as team captain two of the three seasons. Over his career, he recorded two game-winning goals, both in 2010, and one assist. Moon was named to the All-SSC Second Team his senior season.


Prior to joining the Florida Tech coaching staff, Moon worked as the head coach of the boys' soccer team at local Satellite High School in 2011. That season, Moon guided the Scorpions to the Florida District 2A State Championship. He was recognized as Florida Today's Boys Soccer Coach of the Year and the FACA High School Coach of the Year.


While working alongside Chan on the men's soccer staff, Moon helped guide the Panthers to eight winning seasons in nine years. Tech finished as the SSC Tournament Runner-up in 2014 and earned NCAA Tournament berths in 2016 and this past season in 2019. The most recent trip was highlighted by the Panthers' home win over West Florida in the third round, which is the program's first NCAA Tournament victory in 26 years.Alongside head coach Robin Chan, Moon has helped guide the Panthers to eight winning seasons during his nine year tenure, including a Sunshine State Conference Tournament runner-up finish in 2014.


A native of Bideford, England, Moon served as a captain for three years for Wales National Youth. He also played six seasons for Plymouth Argyle and one year for both Cambridge United, as an apprentice professional footballer, and Boston United.


Moon is certified with a FA Level 3 Coaching License (UEFA B), a USSF National C License and a USSF National B License. He was awarded the Bob McNulty Award, for the person who best represents coaching and the important role it plays in the development of young people.


Additionally he earned a master’s degree in business administration at Florida Tech in December 2014.


Moon lives in Melbourne with his wife, former Panther women's soccer star and current Florida Tech Sports Hall of Famer, Teresa Moon, as well as their daughter Evelyn and son Elliot.

Brooke Bradley

Brooke Bradley was hired as assistant coach of the Florida Tech women's soccer program in August 2021.


During her first season with the Panthers, Bradley helped lead the Panthers to a record of 10-3-9, including a 4-2-4 mark in the SSC. Before coming to Florida Tech, Bradley served as Graduate Assistant and Goalkeeper Coach at Texas Women’s University from 2019 to 2021. While at Texas Women’s, Bradley helped guide the Pioneers to a 15-5-1 record, a 10-3-0 conference mark, and a NCAA Tournament bid in 2019. TWU then 3-3 during the shortened 2021 spring season due to COVID-19. In her role as graduate assistant, she oversaw team operations, creating training curriculums and coordinated the team’s road trips.


Prior to her time at TWU, Bradley worked as the goalkeeper coach with the United States Olympic Development Program from 2016 to 2018.


Simultaneous to her time with the Olympic Development Program and TWU, she served as a position specialist with the North Texas Celtic Football Club from 2015 to 2021, coaching over 600 boys and girls playing on over 60+ teams from U-5 to U-19. Additionally, she was a coach with Number One Soccer Camp, based in Texas and Florida, working as a camp counselor facilitating weekly training programs for high school athletes from 2016 to 2017.


A former Division I student-athlete, Bradley was a starting goalie for North Texas University’s women’s soccer program from 2015 to 2019. A two-time Conference USA Goalkeeper of the Week, she played in 35 matches and earned a career of record of 17-6-5, while accumulating 127 saves, 10 career shutouts and a career goals against average of 0.83 at UNT. She helped lead the Mean Green to Conference USA regular season championships in 2015, 2016 and 2018 and Conference USA Tournament championships in 2015, 2017 and 2018. She served as team captain of the Mean Green from 2017 to 2019.


In her best season at UNT, Bradley played in 19 matches during the 2017 season, with 15 starts, and earn a record of 10-2-4 in goal. She recorded seven shutouts and 62 saves while allowing just 14 goals and had a .817 saves percentage that season. In 2018, Bradley received the Mean Green Spirit Award at the end of year athletic banquet.


While at UNT, Bradley was named to the Dean’s List four times and was a member of the National Honors Society of Leadership and Success and the Society for Human Resource Management.


Bradley earned a bachelor’s degree in organizational behavior and human resource management from North Texas in 2019 and then a Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in human resources from Texas Women’s University in Spring of 2021.

Robin Chan

Born in Malaysia and raised in Walton-on-Thames, England, former Florida Tech men’s soccer standout Robin Chan is entering his 17th season as the head coach of the men's soccer team at Florida Tech.


Over Chan's previous 16 seasons he has amassed a 124-110-24 record for a .527 win percentage.


In 2021, Chan produced two Cosida Academic All-District honorees and a All-Region selection in Guillermo Segovia.


Robin and the rest of the men's soccer team did not get a chance to compete in official NCAA contests in 2020 due to COVID-19. However, they did record a 1-2-1 record in the program's spring matches.


2019 was a banner year for Chan and the team as they amassed a 12-4-1 record and finished second in the Sunshine State Conference with a 7-2-1 mark. This record got the Panthers back into the NCAA tournament for the first time since 2016 and their first tournament win since 1993. Under his tuteluge, many players won individual awards highlighted by Guillermo Segovia's Scholar All American honor. Additionally, the team had 12 all-region selections between various publications and seven players were named to the All-SSC team including the Freshman of the Year in Ellis Hudson.


The 2018 campaign saw Robin and the men put together an impressive 10-4-1 record and a 6-3-1 conference mark. Individual he helped Mikkel Roeisland and Per Henrik Nag to multiple individual accolades (All-SSC, D2CCA All-South Region, USC All-South Region). Along with Paris Junior Roserie being named Cosida Academic All-District first team.


In the 2017 season, Chan's team went 9-6 (6-3 SSC) which was good for a fourth place finish in the Sunshine State Conference. The team garnered many post season awards highlighted by Evan Enders and Jan Hlavica receiving second team CoSIDA Academic All-America laurels.


In 2016, Robin and his squad posted a 10-5-1 (6-3 SSC) record and that was good enough for an appearance in the NCAA tournament (the teams first since 1994). The team was led by Florida Tech's first SSC Defensive Player of the Year Sam Sawyer. Sawyer along with Adin Kavara and Evan Enders received various All-South region honors.


Chan, a former Florida Tech student-athlete, was a forward for the Panthers in 1988 when Tech captured the first of its two NCAA Division II National Championships (one of three schools in the SSC to have one title).


Chan joined the athletic department at Florida Tech after ending an eight-year stint with Melbourne Central Catholic High School as the head coach of the boys soccer team. While at MCC, he produced many successful seasons including two state championships in 1998 and 2003, eight consecutive district championships, five regional championships, and five state final four appearances. At the end of the 2003 season, MCC was ranked #1 in the country by StudentSports.com.


Chan lives in Melbourne with his wife Ellie, sons Christian and Collin, and dog Scout.

Nick Robinson

Nick Robinson is in his second season with the Florida Tech men's soccer program and was promoted to the role of Associate Head Coach in December of 2022.


Robinson was a vital staff member as an assistant coach in his first two seasons with the Panthers. In Robinson's time, the Panthers have accumulated a 15-9-8 record, including an undefeated regular season in 2022, the first Sunshine State Conference Tournament Championship in program history, a No. 1 seeding heading into the NCAA Tournament, and a Sweet 16 appearance.


Robinson saw five All-SSC selections, including Defensive Player of the Year in goalkeeper Luis Tovar Romero, Sr., five USC and eight D2CCA All-South Region selections, and two First Team All-Americans during his two years with the Crimson & Grey.


A former star for the Panther men's soccer team from 2009-2011 and graduate assistant coach from 2012-2014, Robinson returned to Florida Tech after spending four seasons as assistant coach of the Eastern Florida State College men's soccer team from 2016-2020.


Eastern Florida State experienced much success during Robinson's tenure as an assistant coach, as he helped guide the Titans men's soccer program to an overall record of 55-14-7. Robinson and Titans head coach Oliver Twelvetrees were named the United Soccer Coaches Association Junior College Division I South Region Staff of the Year in 2019 after leading the Titans to a program-record 16 victories during the 2019 season, including a trip to the 2019 NJCAA National Championship Game. EFSC also made an NJCAA Final Four appearance in 2018.


The Titans won three straight Region 8 (Florida) Championships, appeared in four straight District/Regional Final Championship games since the 2016 season, and finished top 10 in the end-of-season NJCAA national rankings in all four seasons. Additionally, EFSC had its first National Scholar-Athlete of the Year in the 2019 season to go along with four NJCAA All-Americans.


Robinson also currently serves as the head coach for the 6A Viera High School boys' varsity soccer team, where he has held the position since 2015 and accumulated an overall record of 112-26-12. Most recently, Viera captured the program's second regional championship in 2021-22, was crowned district champions, and made their way to a state runner-up finish.


In 2020-21, Robinson led Viera to the program's first regional championship and was crowned district champions for the first time in 10 years on their way to a state final-four appearance. Robinson was named Brevard Sports Network Coach of the Year for the 2020-21 high school season. In 2019, Robinson also guided his U19 Space Coast United Soccer Club to a Florida Youth Soccer Association State Championship, finishing as the top-ranked team in the state.


Robinson, a native of Victoria, Australia, had a stellar career for Florida Tech during his three seasons on the roster. He was named to the NSCAA All-South Region team in his senior season in 2011 and garnered SSC All-Conference team honors for two of his three seasons as a Panther. He started 42 of 45 games during his Florida Tech career and finished with 14 goals, seven assists, and six game-winning goals. Robinson led the team with 12 points on five goals and two assists, including three game-winners during his senior season.


After graduating from undergrad, he became a graduate assistant coach for the Panthers from 2012-2014, working alongside Chan while completing his master's degree. Florida Tech posted a 15-14-4 record during his two seasons on the sidelines.


Before transferring to Florida Tech, Robinson played the 2008 season at Lees-McRae College and helped the Bobcats go undefeated in conference play throughout season. Lees-McRae claimed both the Conference Carolinas regular season and tournament championship that season and went on to the NCAA Sweet 16. Robinson earned All-Conference Carolinas team honors in 2008, finishing with six goals and five assists during his freshman season.


Robinson earned a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Business Administration in 2012 from Florida Tech and his Master's Degree in Business Administration from Florida Tech in 2013. Robinson currently holds his NSCAA National Diploma, NSCAA Advanced National Diploma, USSF C License and is in the process of completing his USSF B License.


Robinson and his wife, Skylar, reside in Melbourne, Florida, with their two children, Mason and Harper.
