He has led the team to eight consecutive seasons with a winning overall record and five NCAA Division II Tournament appearances.

He reached the 100-win milestone on Sept. 24, 2022 when the Saints rolled to a 3-0 win over Georgia College & State University in a match played at Milledgeville. Flagler defeated then No. 3 Columbus State University 1-0 to win its fourth consecutive conference tournament title. There were six players selected to the All-PBC teams and Andrea Fernandez took home PBC Offensive Player of the Year honors for the second year in a row and won the Select Gold Ball Award, which recognizes the league's top goal scorer in conference games only. Fernandez also received D2CCA Southeast Region Player of the Year accolades. Eight players earned academic all-conference honors. Flagler advanced to the third round of the NCAA Division II National Tournament.

The Saints won the PBC Tournament title for the third year in a row in 2021. Flagler defeated then-No. 7 Columbus State University 5-3 and then won the first two matches in the NCAA Division II National Tournament before losing in a shootout in the third round. Andrea Fernandez and Annie Habeeb earned All-America honors. Fernandez was the D2CCA Southeast Region Player of the Year and swept the Peach Belt Conference awards as she was named the Player of the Year, the Freshman of the Year, and she received the Select Sport Gold Ball for the most goals scored in league play. Flagler was able to get the 2020 season after having the fall season put on hold, and then played the traditional year in the spring. The Saints played an unbeaten season (8-0-2), a first in the history of the athletics program at Flagler. Martin won his second consecutive, and third overall, PBC Coach of the Year honor as the Saints captured both titles (regular and postseason). Star goalkeeper Sarah-Lisa Dubel was selected as the co-player of the year in the PBC and was joined by seven of her teammates on the all-conference team. Dubel also took home PBC Tournament MVP honors for the second consecutive year after the Saints won the title on penalty kicks. Sara Sandberg, Dubel, and Annie Habeeb received CoSIDA All-America® honors. Sandberg was the second consecutive player to be named Academic All-America of the Year for women's soccer.

The 2019 season was one to remember. Flagler posted a 23-1-1 overall record and went 10-0-1 in conference play. The team broke program records for wins in a season as well as conference victories. The Saints finished with a No. 3 ranking. Sara Sandberg, Charlene Nowotny, and Josefine Nilsen were named to All-America teams while Sandberg and Nowotny took home CoSIDA All-America® honors. The Saints had five representatives on the all-conference team for the second year in a row. The four first-team selections were the most in Flagler's history in the PBC. Sara Sandberg, Charlene Nowotny, Shannon Matthaei, and Sarah-Lisa Dubel were selected to the first-team while Annie Breen took home second-team accolades. SAndberg, Nowotny, Matthaei, and Breen earned all-region honors.
