Jeff Ykoruk

Jeff Ykoruk begins his 10th year as head coach at Moravian in 2023. Ykoruk has a career coaching record of 143-118-33 in 17 collegiate seasons with his 100th career win in 2017.


In 2017, Ykoruk led the Greyhounds to the Landmark Conference Championship match, and after the season, he was selected as the Landmark Conference Co-Coach of the Year and the ECAC Division III Metro Coach of the Year. He has a record of 46-45-9 while guiding the Hounds.


Ykoruk spent 10 seasons as the head coach of the women's program at Ursinus College, leading the Bears to an 85-62-15 mark from 2003 through 2012. He led the Bears to the Centennial Conference playoffs six times including a finals appearance in 2007 and the ECAC Division III Tournament in 2005. He holds the most wins in the regular season, conference and playoff games in Ursinus program history. Ykoruk has served as an assistant men's soccer coach at Eastern University for two seasons before arriving at Moravian.


Ykoruk, who earned a Bachelor of Science degree in organizational behavior/applied psychology from Albright College, is also the founder and director of Right Path Soccer LLC, a company that works to develop individual players and club teams. He also served as Director of Coaching for multiple clubs in the Philadelphia area for the past 12 years.


Ykoruk and his wife Sarah reside in Coopersburg with their daughter Lilah, son Asher, and daughter Evelyn.

Morgan Mercier

Morgan Mercier joined Moravian in June 2023 as Coordinator of Athletic Operations, and he is also serving as an assistant women's soccer coach for the 2023 season. He came to Moravian after two years as assistant of athletic administration and assistant women’s soccer coach at Regis (Mass.) College. Mercier also worked for a year as an athletics intern at Emmanuel (Mass.) College and an intern at the Great Northeast Athletic Conference in the fall of 2020. His duties at Moravian include overseeing the office management of the athletic department while also serving on the administration team and assisting the department and coaching staff with internal operations such as game day management, travel, scheduling, budgeting, and special events.


Mercier was a member of the men’s soccer and men’s lacrosse teams during his undergraduate days at Emmanuel, serving as a team captain in both sports as a senior. He earned GNAC Academic All-Conference six times, three years in each sport, and he was a finalist for the 2021 GNAC Men’s Lacrosse Man of the Year award. Mercier also spent three years as a member of Emmanuel’s Student-Athlete Advisory Committee and was a national SAAC representative to the NCAA Division III SAAC in 2020-21. Mercier is a 2021 graduate of Emmanuel College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in business management while minoring in education. He recently completed his Master of Arts in Strategic Sports Communication at Regis College.

Bob Wilkinson

Bob Wilkinson began his tenure as Moravian's Head Men's Soccer Coach beginning on March 12, 2018. Wilkinson guided the Greyhounds to a 7-9-2 mark in his first season leading the program in 2018. He coached the squad to a 4-3 mark in the Landmark Conference regular season as Moravian earned its first Landmark Conference Tournament berth since the conference began play in 2007, and the Hounds' first conference tournament appearance since 2003. Wilkinson was also named the Landmark Conference Co-Coach of the Year while two Greyhounds were named to the Landmark All-Conference Teams and one Landmark Conference Rookie of the Year. In 2019, Wilkinson led the Hounds to an 11-7-1 mark with another 4-3 conference record and a second straight berth in the Landmark Conference Tournament.


In three seasons, Wilkinson is 18-16-3 with four Landmark All-Conference selections and one United Soccer Coaches All-Region honoree.


Wilkinson came to Moravian after 27 seasons as an assistant coach at NCAA Division I LaSalle University. While at LaSalle, Wilkinson helped the Explorers reach the Atlantic 10 finals twice and the semifinals an addition four times while participating in the Atlantic 10 Tournament nine times. Outside of the collegiate ranks, Wilkinson has been the Head Coach for the Philadelphia Fever of the WPSL for two years, and he has been part of the United German Hungarians program since 1995, serving as Director of Coaching since 2003.


Wilkinson is a 1988 graduate of LaSalle with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Management Information Systems. He played for the Explorers for four seasons under his father Bill Wilkinson, and was a Regional All-American in 1986 and 1987. Both Wilkinsons are members of the LaSalle Athletics Hall of Fame.

Joe Veneziale

Joe Veneziale returns to the Greyhounds for the 2023 campaign as an Assistant Coach for the sixth consecutive year.


Veneziale served as technical director and trainer for US Regional Camp from ‘95-‘98. Coached both the men’s and women’s high school varsity programs from ‘96-‘02 at New Hope Solebury, where he also served as the Athletic Director from ‘99-‘04. He also currently coaches a U16 boys and U19 girls team out of Upper Moreland SC and HVAA programs.


Veneziale is a graduate of La Salle University (‘94), where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and a Master’s in Education (‘98). He led the Explorers in most games played/started over his career: (82), and was captain his junior and senior seasons. He was a two-time Regional All American and a Soccer Seven First Team. After college he played for United German Hungarians and won seven USL titles, five state titles and was part of the 1999 Lamar Hunt National Championship team along with current head coach Wilkinson.


Off the pitch, Veneziale lives in Hatboro, PA with his wife Sherry and their two kids; Sarah and Ryan.
