Andy Robinson begins his ninth season at North Greenville University after serving as head coach of the women’s soccer team at nearby Eastside High School in Taylors, SC from 2003-2014. Robinson returns to North Greenville where he was the men’s and women’s soccer coach from 2001-2002.

In charge of the Lady Eagle program since 2003, Robinson spent 12 seasons as head coach of the Lady Eagles, with an overall record of 221-71, which is one of the top winning percentages in the State of South Carolina.

Robinson made six State Championship appearances, winning titles in 2003 and 2007 and finishing as a runner up in 2005, 2011, 2012 and 2013. He led the Lady Eagles to seven Region Championships and six Upper State Championships. In 2007 the Lady Eagles finished ranked in the NSCAA National Top 20 high school poll in America.

In addition to success on the field, Robinson was named Region Coach of the Year in 2003, 2004, 2005, 2007, 2008, and 2010 and was selected the SCHSCA State Coach of the year in 2007 and 2012. He was also chosen in 2007 by the National Federation of State High School Association Coach of the Year.

Robinson received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a minor in Physical Education from Covenant College, while also earning a Master’s degree in Sports Administration and Psychology from the University of Kansas.

He is married to Ann Robinson and the couple has three daughters, Asheton, Abby and Ansley.

Sayit Mejia Bello

Sayit Mejia Bello is entering her first year at North Greenville after spending the past five seasons as an assistant coach with the women's soccer program at Mississippi College.


Over her five seasons on the staff, the Lady Choctaws have posted a 59-16-3 record that includes advancing to three straight NCAA Division II Tournaments and moving on to the "Sweet Sixteen" in 2018. MC also played for the Gulf South Conference Championship in her first two seasons (2016 & 2017). She was part of the staff that was named the United Soccer Coaches South Region Coaching Staff of the Year in 2018. Prior to her time as an assistant, Mejia Bello played two seasons for the Lady Choctaws, scoring 18 goals with 12 assists. She was a National Christian College Athletic Association (NCCAA) All-American in 2015 and earned NCCAA All-MidEast Region status in 2014 and 2015.
