Peter Krech

Peter Krech '09 returned to his alma mater in July 2014 to take over the reigns of the Seahawk women's soccer team, becoming the fifth head coach since the program went varsity in 1985. Krech currently ranks second all-time with 65 career victories, moving into the No. 2 spot with his 49th career win on September 4, 2021, with a 1-0 win over Marymount (Va.) University and surpassing former skipper Brianne Weaver '00, who notched 48 triumphs in six seasons (2006-2011).


Krech became the advisor for the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) in 2020-21. Under his guidance, SAAC has continued Halloween at JLR in October, Adopt-a-Family in December, and Mental Health Week in April while implementing a Diversity Night in November and bringing back Special Olympics Field Day during the spring semester.

Pete Staufenberger

Peter 'Pete' Staufenberger joined the Seahawk women’s coaching staff in March 2015 after coaching both boys and girls soccer at St. Mary’s Ryken High School in Leonardtown, Md., for six seasons. During his tenure at Ryken, Staufenberger was the girls varsity assistant coach and the JV head coach, boys varsity assistant, and goalkeeper coach before being promoted to co-head coach of the boys program for the 2011 season.


In addition to his role at St. Mary’s College, he is also a U-12 staff coach with the MSYSA Olympic Development Program. Staufenberger is a long time club coach in the Southern Maryland area where he has acted as both coach and the director of coaching for the Maryland Rush Soccer Club. He has also coached various travel teams with St. Mary’s Soccer Club and Super “Y” with the Calvert Soccer Association.


Staufenberger has been coaching soccer since 1984 and holds various coaching licenses including the NSCAA Premier Diploma, the USYS National Youth License, the NSCAA Level III Goalkeeping Diploma, and the USSF "D".


He is retired from the US Navy and is a test pilot with Northrop Grumman, supporting all facets of E-2D Advanced Hawkeye flight test at NAS Patuxent River. Staufenberger is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Test Pilot School.

Fab Donis

Fab Donis joined the St. Mary's College women's soccer coaching staff prior to the 2018 season.


The Arlington, Va., native brought over 20 years of coaching experience with St. Mary's Youth Soccer, including coaching both male and female youth soccer teams as well as organizing and planning practices and game strategies.


He holds a USSF "D" license.


Donis is a retired Air National Guardsman with eight years of active duty experience in the Marine Corps.

Alun Oliver

Alun Oliver was hired as the ninth head coach of the Seahawks men’s soccer program in February 2011. Oliver's background includes close two decades of playing and coaching experiences both in the United States and overseas.


The Ponty-Pool, Wales, native was named the Director of Outdoor Facilities in 2019, overseeing all aspects associated with the Jamie L. Roberts Stadium, home to the Seahawks field hockey, men's and women's lacrosse, men's and women's soccer, and men's and women's track & field teams, and the Hawk's Nest, home to the Seahawks baseball team.

Jaime Webster

Jaime Webster returns to the sidelines for his 15th season on the coaching staff in 2020. Prior to joining the College staff, Webster was the head coach of the boy's soccer program at Northern High School in Owings, Md.


During his time at Northern, Webster produced a coaching record of 62-29-6, which resulted in the highest winning percentage of any coach in school history. His teams averaged more than 10 wins per season - a figure never reached in one single season by a team at Northern.


In 2001, Northern won the 3A South Regional Championship and advanced to the state tournament for the first time in school history. It was also the first regional title for a Calvert County team since 1986.


In 2004, Northern won the Southern Maryland Athletic Conference (SMAC) title - a first in school and county history. Webster was named SMAC Coach-of-the-Year in 2004, as well as Washington Post Southern Maryland Coach-of-the-Year in 2001 and 2004. In addition to the success on the field, Northern also excelled in the classroom with six straight NSCAA Team Academic Awards.


Webster is the director of Patriot Soccer Camps in Calvert County as well as being on the staff of the Seahawk Soccer Camps. He has worked with several youth clubs in the area; as a head coach in the District Development Program for MSYSA; and as an evaluator for the Olympic Development Program. Webster holds coaching diplomas from the USSF and NSCAA.


A 1997 graduate of the University of Maryland, Webster earned a degree in elementary education with a focus in middle school math and science. He then completed an M.S. in exercise science and physical education from McDaniel College in 2004.


Webster has worked for Calvert County Public Schools since 1997. He worked for nine years as a teacher before moving into school administration. Webster worked eight years as the vice principal and principal at Southern Middle School in Lusby before becoming the principal at Northern Middle School in Owings.

Kevin Seeger

The 2023 season marks Kevin Seeger's twelfth season as an assistant coach at his alma mater.


Seeger was a four-year letter winner for the Seahawks at defense as well as a two-year team captain. He helped St. Mary's post sub-3.00 goals per game every year. The 2007 Capital Athletic Conference Rookie of the Year, Seeger earned second team All-CAC honors as a senior. He finished his career with seven points (3g, 1a) in 61 games played (52 starts).


The Gaithersburg, Md. native graduated from St. Mary's in 2011 with a B.A. in computer science. He currently works as a sharepoint developer at Disk Enterprise Solutions, Inc. in Lexington Park, Md.
