Webster was named SMAC Coach-of-the-Year in 2004, as well as Washington Post Southern Maryland Coach-of-the-Year in 2001 and 2004. In addition to the success on the field, Northern also excelled in the classroom with six straight NSCAA Team Academic Awards.
