Jeannine Calhoun

Jeannine Calhoun enters her second season as the Ursinus Head Women's Soccer Coach in 2023.


Calhoun came to Ursinus after serving a 13-year stint as the head coach of Hunterdon Central Regional High School in Flemington, New Jersey.


In her first season in Collegeville, the Bears saw vast improvement by finishing the 2022 season 7-6-4 overall and 3-5-3 in Centennial Conference play. The seven wins were the most overall wins for the team in four years and Calhoun successfully coached a pair of All-Centennial selections in Kaela Frenchman and Morgan Raley. Frenchman also set multiple single-school records in Goals Against Average and Save Percentage.


Calhoun compiled an overall record of 201-66-13 during her time at Hunterdon Central and led the team to a pair of New Jersey Group IV State Championship titles in 2016 and 2019. The 2016 title was the first state championship in the program's 25-year history. In addition to her state championships, Calhoun's teams won four Group IV Central Jersey Sectional Championships and eight Hunterdon Warren Sussex County Championships. Among her accolades, Calhoun was named the 2016 Top Drawer Soccer Regional Coach of the Year, the 2019 NJGSCA State Coach of the Year, and the 2019 Central Jersey Sectional Coach of the Year. In May of 2021, she was selected to coach the top seniors in the country in the Senior All-American Game in St. Louis Missouri. She also served as an English Teacher at Hunterdon Central since 2011.


She spent five seasons as the head coach of the LaSalle University Women's Soccer team from 1998 to 2002. Calhoun went 44-45-1 in her five seasons as the coach of her alma mater and guided the team to their first three winning seasons in the 16-year history of the program. Her 2000 squad ranked as the 11th most improved team in NCAA Division I and made the program's first appearance in the Atlantic 10 Tournament, which earned her Atlantic 10 Coach of the Year. In addition to her coaching duties, Calhoun worked as LaSalle's Senior Woman Administrator and NCAA Compliance Director.


Calhoun's women's soccer leadership has also extended into the community and club levels as she is the Founder and Director of FAST Camps (Female Athlete Soccer Training), a leadership development and soccer program, since 2007. Additionally, Calhoun has coached for the Eastern Pennsylvania Olympic Development Program and local clubs in Hunterdon and Bucks Counties.


Calhoun, who earned a bachelor's degree from La Salle in 1993 in Secondary Education with tracks in English and Latin, graduated Summa Cum Laude and was a Rhodes Scholar Nominee. She also completed a master's degree in Education from Walden University. She was a four-year member of the La Salle Women's Soccer team and served as team captain during her senior season of 1992. Calhoun holds a United States Soccer Federation (USSF) 'A' license as well.

Jodi Clugston-Voss

Jodi Clugston-Voss enters her second season as an assistant coach at Ursinus College. Clugston-Voss will oversee the goalkeepers in addition to other coaching duties.


In 2022, Clugston-Voss helped guide goalkeeper Kaela Frenchman to All-Centennial honors while setting single-season program records for save percentage and goals against average. The team finished 7-6-4 overall, which were the most overall wins for the team since 2018.


Before coming to Ursinus, Clugston-Voss was the goalkeeper coach at Drexel University for two seasons. Clugston-Voss was a head coach at Chowan University in Murfreesboro, N.C. She previously served as an assistant coach at Lamar and was an undergraduate coach at the University of Virginia. Clugston-Voss, who graduated from Virginia in 2006, played for two seasons in goal for the Cavaliers in goal before suffering an injury which would prematurely end her playing career. She made 23 starting assignments and in her final year of competition, Clugston-Voss's team advanced to the NCAA Quarterfinals. In her 12 starts in 2001, UVA was 10-1-1. She graduated with a 1.19 goals against average, 72 career saves and is still tied for eighth all-time at the school in career shutouts.


Clugston-Voss, a native of Red Hill, Pa., played at Upper Perkiomen High School. She was a NSCAA and Parade All-American during her high school career and was also a member of the United States U-16 and U-18 National Team. She resides in Collegeville with her wife Jennifer and daughters, Hannah and Harlow.

Daniel Clitnovici

Daniel Clitnovici (Clitno-vich)


The 2023 Fall Season will be the second season for Head Coach Daniel Clitnovici with Ursinus College Men’s Soccer program.


Coach Clitnovici brings more than 15 years of professional coaching experience to Collegeville with College Soccer experience from stints at Atlantic City FC in 2022 (Head Coach), Villanova University from 2017-2022 (Associate Head Coach/Interim Head Coach), Ohio State University from 2015-2017 (Assistant Coach). On the professional side Clitnovici enjoyed success with Major League Soccer outfit the Colorado Rapids from 2011 through 2014, and also Assistant Coach of the Western New York Flash from 2015 to 2016 where he was also the WNY Flash ECNL Academy Director of Coaching. Clitnovici also serves at a current North American Scout for the Scottish Football Association.


During 2014 season Clitnovici head coached W-League expansion side Colorado Pride Women to a Western Conference Playoff Final and he established a defense that did not concede a single goal at home. Clitnovici was named 2014 W-League Coach of the Year. Clitnovici also led the Colorado Rapids’ U-20 team to the USL U-20 national championship in 2012. Crowing the Colorado Rapids as North American Champions with a 1-0 win over DC United at IMG Academy.


Coach Clitnovici is one of the most respected coaches in the country with a reputable coaching background in the college game, elite level youth game, professional game, and International game. Clitnovici boasts professional coaching licensing of the United States Soccer Federation “A” License and European UEFA “A” License as well as a United States Soccer Federation Director of Coaching License.


Before getting in to coaching, Clitnovici embarked on 10 year plus professional playing career with spells at top leagues around the world, including time with Gold Coast United FC in Australia, Universitatea Craiova in Romania, Barnsley FC in England and Apollon Athinon in Greece. In his final professional season in 2008-09, Clitnovici played in Spain for Elche CF and CF Illicitano.

Keith Conway

His promotion comes after serving as a volunteer assistant coach for the Bears in the Spring of 2022.


"I am excited to welcome Keith Conway to the staff of the Ursinus Men's Soccer Team," Clitnovici said. "Keith will bring a professional stance both on and off the field and the team will really benefit from this. Keith has a string coaching and playing background and will be a strong part of our program. I am excited for the team to experience working with him."


Conway has been coaching professionally in the United States since his move from Ireland in 2019. He has held several positions within the King of Prussia Soccer Club since 2019 such as a field coach, Director of Player Development. Conway has most recently been serving as the Technical Director at KOPSC.


Conway worked as a High School Physical Education and English teacher for six years while in Ireland and has a bachelor's degree in Physical Education and master's degree in Education. He spent 10 years soccer coaching experience in Ireland and holds several licenses from UEFA and the Football Association of Ireland as well as a USSF D license


He also has experience coaching on the youth level after spending time with the Philadelphia Union Youth program and serving as the head Junior Varsity Coach of Bishop Shanahan High School in Downingtown. Conway also owns a soccer coaching business called Innovate Sports LLC.

Zak Kruger

Zak Kruger will begin his first season at Ursinus in the fall of 2023. Kruger comes to UC from Seton Hill University where he was the Women's head coach from 2019-2021. Kruger holds a USSF "C" and USC Advanced National License as well as a USC National Goalkeeping Diploma. In 2021, Kuger was named to the United Soccer Coaches 30 under 30 program a national program that recognizes some of the best coaches under 30 years of age around the nation..

Prior to SHU, Kruger spent 2018 as the head coach at Wilson College in Chambersburg, PA. Prior to Wilson, Kruger was a graduate assistant at Shippensburg University for two seasons. While at Shippensburg, Kruger coached four all conference and one all region player.


He also spent time at Millersville and Lancaster Bible College as an assistant.


As a player, Kruger helped Millersville to two PSAC semifinals and one NCAA Quarterfinal as a goalkeeper.


Kruger has worked with several professional clubs as an assistant coach including the Baltimore Kings, the Harrisburg City Islanders, and the Hershey FC National Premier Soccer League.


More recently he has been the PA West ODP Girls Head Coach and has coached with the Pittsburgh Hotspurs Soccer Club where he has won regional and state championships in addition to being a national finalist in the 2021 USYS.


Currently, Kruger coaches for Westmont United Soccer Association as an Age Group Coordinator for College Prep aged players. Kruger is a head coach of 2 E64 teams and assists with both U23 Shamrock teams.

Ryan Molyneaux

Ursinus Men's Soccer Head Coach Daniel Clitnovici announced on Thursday the addition of 2017 Ursinus graduate, Ryan Molyneaux to the men's soccer coaching staff.


"It's a privilege to welcome Ryan back to Ursinus College, he has lived it all before and knows the in's and out's of this school and the Centennial Conference. He will be a valuable resource to our team on and off the field. Ryan brings a real appetite with him to continue to push this program forward, he will be tasked with individual player development and player recruiting. We are excited to welcome him back".


Molyneaux was a four-year starter at Ursinus appearing in all 66 games in his career as a Midfielder. The three-time Bears captain totaled 13 goals while his career total of 13 assists ranks 10th all-time in program history. The Harleysville, Pennsylvania native was named to the All-Centennial Team three times, including twice on the All-CC Second Team during his final two seasons.


Ursinus will begin their season on today as they travel to Brooklyn, New York for season opening match against Medgar Evers College.
