  Sports Massage to be Offered at Rathmell!!
  
  BUSA is excited to incorporate sports massage for all participants during this years Birmingham Bash. This service will be available at the Rathmell location for $5 a session. Sports Massage is a type of massage (performed fully clothed) designed for highly active people who engage in athletics. Engaging in sports is harsh on the body and can often lead to injuries in both the short and long term. Sports Massage enhances performance and prolongs a sports career by helping to prevent injury, reduce pains and swelling in the body, relax the mind, increase flexibility, and dramatically improve recovery rates. We hope you take advantage of the many benefits of this service during your tournament experience. All athletes will benefit most from receiving massage after their first game with time to mentally prepare for the second game of the day. The massage tent will be located near the vendors. The tent will open after the first game of the day and close during the final game of the day. All minors must be accompanied by an adult in and around the massage tent. Chair massage will also be available for the adults at the price $1/minute.
