• Acceptance Criteria

      The following criteria is used by the tournament committie when selecting teams to participate in this event. 

      1. Team Payment has been received.

      2. Team Hotel has been book through the event housing coordinator.

      3. Team level of of play based on the following listed below.

    • U8-U10 Teams

      Spring and Fall League Play results.

      Spring Tournaments applied for in current year: You will be asked to provide a list of the other events your team has applied for this season.

       

      We do take into consideration recommendations from the club’s Director of Coaching and your team’s completed resume on the application resume.

       
    • U11-U15 teams

      The following criteria will be used in determining the acceptance of teams for the event:

      Gold:

      • Spring Tournament Results
      • Spring and Fall League Play results
      • State Cup or equilvant results from previous year
      • Spring Tournaments applied for in current year: You will be asked to provide a list of the other events your team has applied for this season

      We do take into consideration recommendations from the club’s Director of Coaching and your team’s completed resume on the application resume.

      Red and Blue:

      • Spring Tournament Results
      • Spring and Fall League Play results
      • Spring Tournaments applied for in current year: You will be asked to provide a list of the other events your team has applied for this season

      Number of teams committed by Club and recommendations from the Director of Coaching along with the completed resume on the application
