• Mississippi Rush Spring Classic
      Thank you to everyone who attended the 2017 MS Rush Spring Classic. We hope to see each of you next year at the 2018 MS Rush Spring Classic.

      April 14-15, 2018 U9-U12 Boys and Girls
      Registration will open December 1, 2017. 
      We are pleased to invite YOUR team to apply to the 2017 MS Rush Spring Classic Academy weekend (U9-U12) to be held in the Jackson Metro Area, April 7-9, 2017. We will offer 7v7 play for U9 and U10 teams. Only local teams may be scheduled to play Friday night. Registration will open December 1, 2016 and close March 15, 2017
      ***Please note this year's tournament is going to be held over two weekends. Older teams will play 11v11 March 31-April 2 and younger teams U9-U12 will play April 7-9, 2017. Please visit www.msrushspringclassicolder.com  for team registration for the older weekend. U12 teams who would like to play 11v11, we encourage you to apply for the older weekend. U12 teams playing 11v11 will be bracketed separately from the U13 teams***
      This is a stay to play event. Please see the hotel page for information on booking hotels. 
      This tournament is unrestricted and sanctioned by both US Youth Soccer (Mississippi Soccer Association), and US Club Soccer.

      • From our Trainers

        Trainers from MS Sports Medicine will be onsite at the JFC Complex only. Please remember that the primary job of our trainers at the tournament is to treat "In Game" injuries, and they have to be available and on call to do that. Ankle pre-wraps etc. are on a best efforts basis only. The trainer will do prewraps if he/she has time and are not dealing with an injury. In order to get prewrapped, players need to bring their own tape and wrap materials.
      • Schedule Timeline

        Registration will close on March 15. After that point, you may apply for the waitlist but there is no guaranteed acceptance. Preliminary schedules will be posted by the night of Monday, April 3 if not sooner. An email will go out to team contacts at that time. 
      • Online Checkin

        Online checkin has begun. In order to participate it must be started by Thursday, April 6 at 5:00pm EST and completed by Friday, April 7 at 4:00pm EST. 
      • Parking Charge

        There is a $5 parking charge at the JFC complex for the weekend for cars and $25 for RVs. Please notify your parents. The pass is good for all weekend at all complexes. 
    • Application Info for Academy Weekend
      The online application system will open on December 1, 2016. Applications will be accepted from December 1, 2016  until March 15, 2017. After March 15 teams will be wait-listed and accepted on an as needed basis. Every effort will be made to accommodate coaching conflicts as long as it is noted on your application or communicated to the tournament director at msrushspringclassic@aol.com by March 15, 2017. Make plans to attend this premier event.
