Wake FC Showcase has teamed up with 365 Sports Travel to offer discounted hotel accommodations in Raleigh, North Carolina over the weekend of January 24th - January 26th.

• Team Managers/Travel Coordinators will be able to monitor their team's reservations

All teams traveling 75 miles or more MUST use our hotel partner, 365 Sports Travel for hotel accommodations.

This means all participants (players, coaches, and team officials) who are traveling from out of town will agree to stay in the designated host hotels, which offer excellent accommodations and discounted rates. Team managers, coaches, etc. are responsible for making sure their team complies with the policy.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT...

•GROUP BLOCKS: 365 Sports Travel will create a group block and booking link for your team which allows families to book their reservations

•DO NOT: contact the hotel directly to book rooms

•When you complete your reservation, you will receive an email confirmation from Event Pipe

•CHANGES TO RESERVATIONS: This can easily be done by CLICKING HERE

•Hotels will send you a confirmation email and add your reservation to your rewards account (if applicable) the week of the event

•ONLY CALL THE HOTEL DIRECTLY: to adjust your reservation if you are within 72 hours or less of your arrival date
