Team check-in has 2 options

Online check-inis an easy process. You can check your team in at anytime before the tournament.Friday 24th9:30pm. Deadline for online checkin. You don't have to come to the Friday night on site checkin. After you complete the online checkin, you will go straight to the fields with your approved documents for each game.

 

 

Onsite checkin will take place Friday night between 7:00-9:00pm. The checkin location will be at North Collier Regional Park,15000 Livingston Rd Naples Fl 34109.

Items needed for onsite check-in

Coaches/player passes

5 copies of team rosters 

Medical release forms (same ones used for league play).

Important:

Your team must complete one of these two options of check-in. If you can't make the onsite checkin, you must complete the online option.

Your team will be taken out of the schedule on

Friday night if not completed

Food & beverages set-up for all coaches and managers throughout the whole tournament!!
Whenever you're 
hungry or thirsty stop by....

  • Tents at every field for all teams usage
  • Gatorade at all fields for coaches/players

Online Check-In

Online Check In is now available for this event.

What is Online Check-in?

Online Check-in eliminates the need for your team to show up in person before your first game by allowing you to complete the check-in process online. You will be required to upload .pdf files or images to the secure sincSports cloud. The event will determine which documents are required.

There is a $20 non-refundable fee.
