Entry Deadline
Application deadline is March 10, 2008 at midnight
Teams
All teams must be USYSA affiliated.
Three guest players (from same or lower division) allowed
Roster Limits: U8, U9 & U10 Academy = 12 players maximum
Roster Limits: U11 & U12 = 16 players maximum
Roster Limits: U13 & U14 = 18 players maximum
Documentation Required
The following documentation will be required at check-in on Friday, April 4, 2008 at Tournament Headquarters:
* Four (4) copies of official state team roster with below details written on it.
* Guest Players name, player number and jersery number must be written on the bottom of the official state roster.
* All player numbers must be written next to player name on official state roster
* Current laminated USYSA player pass for each player
* State approved travel papers for out of state USYSA teams
* Medical Release Form – You may use your own.
Format
USYSA rules with three (3) games minimum.
Match Duration: U8, U9 & U10 Academy = 2 x 25 minutes
Match Duration: U11 & U12 = 2 x 25 minutes
Match Duration: U13 & U14 = 2 x 30 minutes
