Welcome to the Coca Cola Dawg Daze Classic!
Team Check In Friday, September 9 7:00 - 9:00 p.m.

Each Classic team will need to bring the following: - Copy of State Approved Roster (for us to keep)
- Notarized Medical Releases
- Player Cards
- Birth Certificates (Oklahoma exempt)
- Travel Permit (if applicable)
- Guest Player Forms (if applicable)
Each Academy team will need to have the following:
- State Approved Special Events Roster, or a
- State Issued Roster with non-playing player names marked out
- Notarized Medical releases
- Travel Permit (if applicable)
We will have check in available at the host hotel the night prior to the tournament as well as at the headquarters tent on the morning of the tournament, you will need to check your team in at least one (1) hour prior to your first game.

Tournament Fees
U8 through U9 - $250 U10 through U12 - $350 U13 through U16 - $450
Parking Fees There will be a $5 parking fee that will be good for the entire week-end.
