All games that were scheduled at Hubert Park and the East Cobb YMCA have been cancelled. We deeply regret that we had to make this decision due to the additional rains that were received last night. Refunds will be processed per the Tournament Guidelines listed on-line.

All games scheduled at Harrison High School will be played today.

Tournament Check In
will be at the Northwest YMCA,

1700 Dennis Kemp Lane, Kennesaw, GA 30152 on

Friday, February 22nd from 2PM to 8PM

Please bring all check in forms to check in at Tournament Headquarters.

For tournament check in you will need the following: Player Passes, State Roster, 4 copies of SIC Game Cards and Player Release Form.

Enhanced Tournament Services

The IceBreakers has partnered with Soccer In College to enhance the services
offered to participants of the tournament.

Teams entering the IceBreakers will be grouped according to past playing record to
make the most competitive divisions possible. ...

U9, U10, U11, U12, U13 and U14 age groups are invited to play.

Games will be played at
Cobb County fields -

at this time the planned venues are:

Hubert Park, Tramore Park
& Mudcreek Park

Headquarters will be at:
Northwest YMCA

Kennesaw, GA 30152

U9 & U10 plays 6 V 6

U11 plays 8 V 8

U12 plays 8 V 8 & 11 V 11

U13 & U14 11v11

All teams are guaranteed a minimum of
3 games in the Preliminary round.

Referees

If you are interested in being a Referee for the Icebreakers Tournament, please click the REFEREE tab at the top of the page and follow the instructions in the form. If you have any problems, please contact Jim Crawford at 678-234-0448 or Rodney Payne at 678-425-8282. Jim will be assigning the games at Tramore and Rodney will be assigning the games at Hubert. The intent is to use local refs from the pool. But, please apply and we'll do our best to get you assignments.

We've enhanced our tournament services to help make your participation in our event more interactive and enjoyable.

You can sign up for messaging to keep up with the scores of games you can't attend. Your family and friends at home can also keep up with your results.

Of course, we'll be posting the scores online ASAP and will show the standings and tie-breakers as the tournament progresses.
