Come join us for some great soccer! 

Athens Invitational tournament is being held August 17-18 2013 at Holland Youth Sports Complex.
Boys and Girls team are invited to attend.

Applications are available online so register today by clicking the "Apply " Button above.Once you complete your registration,you will receive confirmation  that your application has been received.When we reach our deadline for registrations,we will notify the accepted teams.

CHECK IN REQUIREMENTS
  • 2 Copies of official state roster (we keep 1)
  • Player passes for each player
  • Medical Release for each player (current)
  • Please make sure to check at check-in for any Schedule Changes
  • Print all copies of your game cards(please make sure you have a game card for EACH game played)-not to be printed until at least 1pm on August 15th.
  • Permission to travel (if out of state)

The 38th Athens United Invitational has partnered with Soccer In College to enhance the services offered to participants of the tournament.

Teams entering the 38th Athens United Invitational will be grouped according to past playing record to make the most competitive divisions possible.


Online Check-In


Online Check-in is now available for this event.

What is Online Check-in?

Online Check-in is an opportunity for you to skip the physical check-in by completing the process online. You will be required to upload .pdf files or images to the secure sincSports cloud. The event will determine which documents are included as a part of your check-in process.

There is a $20 non-refundable fee in order to participate in online check-in. You should be comfortable scanning documents or taking digital photos to complete this process. We will help you through the rest! Please click the link below to begin:

38th Annual Athens Invitational.

The Tournament Committee is planning schedules with a maximum number

of eight teams at each competitive level in any age group. If any group has fewer applicants

than that number, the number of participating teams in another group may be increased.

Maximum numbers of players on a team's offical roster is 12,for U9-U10 .

Maximum numbers of players on a team's offical roster is 14,for U11-U12. 

Maximum number of players on a team’s official roster is 22,for  U13-U19 .(Only 18 May Dress for Each Game )

Players may participate on only one team in this tournament.

 

3 GUEST PLAYERS ALLOWED

Age groups will play based on 2013 (player passes are based on Fall 2012)

Under   9/10: Born Aug. 1, 2003 or later
Under 11: Born Aug. 1, 2002 or later
Under 12: Born Aug. 1, 2001 or later
Under 13: Born Aug. 1, 2000 or later 
Under 14: Born Aug. 1, 1999 or later

Under 15: Born Aug. 1, 1998 or later 
Under 16: Born Aug. 1, 1997 or later
Under 17: Born Aug. 1, 1996 or later 
Under 19: Born Aug. 1, 1994 or later


All teams are guaranteed a minimum of three games. Divisions will be comprised of the following whenever possible:

Most Competitive (Gold)
Competitive (Silver)
Intermediate (Bronze)

The tournament committee reserves the option to combine groupings as necessary.


Entry fee for the 2013 Invitational is $ for

 U9/U10:            $395

U11/U12:            $445

U13/U14:            $475

U15/U19:            $525

 

DEADLINE AUGUST 2nd. Which includes a $50.00 non-refundable application fee, payable with the application


The Athens 38th Invitational is a USYSA/US Club Soccer sanctioned tournament.

All teams MUST be affiliated with USYSA or US Club Soccer.

Current (2012-2013 seasonal year) validated player passes must be presented at check in.

Out of state teams are required to have a travel authorization on the appropriate form,

approved by the home state association.

We look forward to an exciting tournament with participation by teams from several states.
