What is the Association Commitment Form (ACF) and what does it mean to me?

June 4: Fall Association Commitment Form (ACF) due; Your Association Registrar will complete this for your team.

This is where you Head Registrar names the teams including their age group.

NOTE:  The age group is what is listed on the roster.  IF you have a 00 (U12) with all 6 year olds, it doesn’t matter to me, to me that team is U12.

We will allow a team to play into the age group above them. If you want a team, ex. 00 team to play U13, then you have 2 options: 1)     Leave them as U12 and understand their roster size is capped at 14 and I will manually override them into the U13 age group for the season 2)     Re-roster or Roster them originally as U13s (even though they are all 12s) and play them in the U13 age group. This way you would get the 18 man roster size. You run into this issue with 12s playing into the 13s. If it is U11s playing into 12s or 13s playing into U14s, we don’t have the issue because those age groups share the same roster size.

If you have any questions, call me AHEAD of time. Please don’t wait until you get ready to card the players and realize you don’t have the roster size you thought.

June 11: Classic Field form due; Your Association Registrar will complete this for your team, found on DOCs and INFO page.

June 19: Fall Online Intents to Play (ITP) due by 11:59pm, to be submitted via www.ncysaclassic.com, Click on Register.

Schedules Due:

U15-U18G due July 10th

U13-14 G/B due July 15th

U11-12 G/B due July 18th

Online Go to Meeting Scheduling Meetings: These will be July 27-31. A detailed schedule will posted closer to the meetings.

UPCOMING FALL 2013 PLAY DATES:

Play opens for all on August 17th.



U15-U18G ends on October  20th. State Cup seedings will be taken on the 21st at 11am.

U11-U14 B/G ends on November 11th. Standings will be taken November 12th for PR at 11am.  

 

 

 

If your team folds after:

June 19th: incur a $300.00 folding fee

August 31st: incur a $500.00 folding fee
