Items needed for checkin Coaches/player passes 5 copies of your roster Accepted rosters FYSA,USCLUB,AYSO,USSSA Medical release forms
Your team is responsible for referee fees for all games you are playing in. Referee fees are paid directly to the head referee before each game.
