Just a quick note to thank everyone who attended the Academy Showcase this past weekend in Mooresville.  We would like to thank Lake Norman Soccer Club; Executive Director, Phillip Poole; his staff and volunteers. We would especially like to thank LNSC’s point persons for the weekend, Jeremy Weeks and Leslie Gerwitz.  The Mazeppa Park facilities were excellent and we appreciated all the help from Mooresville Parks and Recreation. Let’s not forget the great weather either! 

We would also like to thank the referee assignor, Dan Adams, and his crew of officials who contributed to the success of the weekend. We need to thank Keri Flynn, Katie Sporing, Andirenne Terrell, and Jovan Estrada, our medical personnel, for their professionalism throughout the weekend.

But a BIG THANK YOU needs to go to the players, their parents, and coaches for having a great time!  There were 179 teams from across the state that attended the event! We wish you continued success and hope to see you at the 2013 Fall Academy Showcase.
