Welcome to the 2014 RYSA Spring Kickoff Classic - Girls

We are looking forward to the 2014 RYSA Spring Kickoff Classic. In order to provide even better service, we have split the event into 2 weekends. The boys will go February 15 and 16th with the girls following the next weekend, February 22nd and 23rd.

We are expecting nearly 300 teams registered from all over the Southeast. This is going to be a great event! Be sure to register by the early registration deadline of January 13th to receive a $50 discount.

 

At the RYSA Spring Kickoff Classic, we take great pride in matching the level of talent of the teams that attend our tournament.  We strive to ensure that your experience at our tournament will meet all your expectations - from the competitive level of play to our great facilities.

FULL Refund Policy

Across the country, refunds are rarely given for tournament cancellations due to unplayable field conditions. Rockdale Youth Soccer Association is proud to offer a unique cancellation policy for our upcoming RYSA Spring Kickoff Classic.

*If the event is cancelled due to unsafe travel or unplayable field conditions, FULL REFUNDS will be given to all teams.

 

*If any individual games are cancelled due to unsafe travel or unplayable field conditions, teams will be refunded 1/3 of their registration fee for each game cancelled (finals excluded).

 


Online Check In

All teams will use the online check in option provided by Soccer In College. There is a $20 fee for this service. Please click the green check mark to begin. There will be no walk up check in for the 2014 RYSA Spring Kickoff Classic.


Enhanced Tournament Services
The RYSA Spring Kickoff Classic has partnered with Soccer In College to enhance the services offered to participants of the tournament.

Teams entering the RYSA Spring Kickoff Classic will be grouped according to past playing record to make the most competitive divisions possible.

 
 

Online Check-In


Online Check-in is now available for this event.

What is Online Check-in?

Online Check-in is an opportunity for you to skip the physical check-in by completing the process online. You will be required to upload .pdf files or images to the secure sincSports cloud. The event will determine which documents are included as a part of your check-in process.

There is a $20 non-refundable fee in order to participate in online check-in. You should be comfortable scanning documents or taking digital photos to complete this process. We will help you through the rest! Please click the link below to begin:

Information
All teams are guaranteed a minimum of three games. Divisions will be comprised of the following whenever possible:

Most Competitive (Elite)
Competitive (Premier)
Intermediate (Championship)

The tournament committee reserves the option to combine groupings as necessary.

Entry fee for the 2014 RYSA Spring Kickoff Classic

U9 & U10:  $375
U11 & U12: $425
U13 and above: $475

Register by Monday, January 13th to receive a $50 early registration discount. A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required by the registration deadline of February 3rd to ensure your team's spot in the tournament. Full payment is required by February 10th.

With limited parking available at the RYSA Soccerplex, we are asking all of our teams to do their best to carpool. We will need your help to ensure that we keep traffic issues to a minimum. Thank you in advance for your assistance! Please feel free to contact tournament director, Rafe Mauran, directly with questions at rafe@rysa.net.

We've enhanced our tournament services to help make your participation in our event more interactive and enjoyable. 

You can sign up for messaging to keep up with the scores of games you can't attend.  Your family and friends at home can also keep up with your results.

Of course, we'll be posting the scores online ASAP and will show the standings and tie-breakers as the tournament progresses.
