FORMAT: All teams are guaranteed a minimum of 3 games.
TEAM CHECK-IN:
- We require Online Check-In.
- 2023-2024 Match and (4) copies of match rosters
- Guest Player Rosters (where applicable)
- Player Medical Consent Forms
- Individual player/member passes that are signed/stamped by the registrar and laminated
- Out-of-state teams must provide a "Notification of Travel" form (US Club Teams do not need a notification to travel)
