TOURNAMENT ELIGIBILITY

HOTELS

Teams that require lodging are required to stay in Publix Atlanta Cup approved hotels. Reservations will be handled by Connections, our tournament housing company. Hotels, descriptions, and rates will be posted on the tournament website. Teams may book rooms after divisions are announced.

If there is a hotel where your team would like to stay – and you do not see the hotel on our approved list - just drop Connections a note and they will be happy to work with you. All hotel information will be available on our website or you can call Connections at 404-842-0000 or 800-262-9974.

CONFLICTS

The Publix Atlanta Cup Committee works to minimize coaching conflicts. As much as we would like to help all teams, game schedules will not be adjusted to accommodate individual team scheduling or coach conflicts.

GEORGIA TEAMS

The Publix Atlanta Cup is the largest fund-raiser for Georgia Soccer each year and volunteers are critical to the success of the event. Each Georgia team accepted into the tournament is required to provide two volunteers (eight hours total) to help during the tournament. There are many opportunities to help - before the tournament, during registration, or at the the fields. Volunteers are scheduled so they will not miss any of their teams games. Once accepted, each Georgia team will complete the volunteer information form. The Publix Atlanta Cup appreciates your support and willingness to help.

COLLEGE COACHES

The Publix Atlanta Cup will prepare a book of team information for u16, u17 and u19 age teams to assist the college coaches in their scouting efforts. Please complete the necessary information on the college section of the website.
