Sun, 7:15am Update:
Franklin Gateway, Lakepoint, Hiram HS, Alexander HS, and North Cobb HS are all open and games will be played as scheduled.
Cartersville Soccer Complex is subject to a 7:30am field inspection.
All other venues remain closed due to saturated fields.
Sat, 7:15am Update:
Marathon Park, Braly Soccer Complex, and Big Shanty Park are all closed unfortunately due to saturated fields. As such, we're very sorry to say that all games scheduled for those locations are cancelled. For the affected teams, refund policy information will be sent out early next week. Cartersville Soccer Complex is still undergoing a field inspection and an update will be posted shortly.
Tramore, Wildhorse and Noonday Parks are all closed due to extremely saturated fields. All games on the schedule for those locations have been cancelled.
All turf venues (Franklin, Lakepoint, Hiram HS, Alexander HS, and North Cobb HS) will be open for games as scheduled.
Friday, Feb 9th Update:
Noonday Park, Tramore Park, and Wildhorse Park have all been closed for the weekend unfortunately due to saturated field conditions following morning field inspections.
Other venues are still undergoing hour-by-hour field inspections and will continue to be inspected through 7:30am Saturday morning.
Tuesday, Feb 6th - 11:45pm Update
Schedules have been adjusted, moving a number of divisions to new venues and setting a later start for 7v7 and 9v9 divisions to allow for a Saturday morning field inspection by sunrise at 7:30am for those venues with a natural grass surface. We have also added Alexander HS in Douglasville, North Cobb HS in Acworth, and Hiram HS in Paulding County as new venues.
All 11v11 games will now be 25-minute halves, while 7v7 and 9v9 games will now be 20-minute halves.
