All teams must book all hotel reservations through Avanti-housing. Teams can only stay at approved hotels.
When your team is sent an email greeting from Avanti-housing, make sure you promptly respond. The housing service will set-up a block for your team and answer any other concerns you have with reserving the best hotel for your needs.
If the hotels on the list don't fit your needs..contact Patti at pobrien@avantihousing.com
Remember if your team books outside of the service, or a hotel not on the approved list, They will not be accepted to the tournament.
You must complete your hotel reservations by December 30th.
