PRESIDENT’S CUP – State Championship for mid-level select teams
Play with the Best . . .
The President’s Cup has a great format for this year’s State Championship designed to provide every team with competitive matches, a championship atmosphere and the opportunity to advance to the next round – the Regional President’s Cup.
Round-robin games will be played the weekend of May 11-12. Semi-final matches will take place, Sunday afternoon, May 12. Championship matches will be played on Saturday, May 18 – now known as 'Champions Saturday'.
And, to add to the atmosphere and excitement, President’s Cup and Rec Cup Championship matches will be played at the same location on ‘Champions Saturday’. President’s Cup teams will have the opportunity to ‘show what its like’ to play at the next level. And everyone will be able to enjoy the camaraderie and festivities.
New rules make President’s Cup better than ever . . .
In addition to the new format, tournament rules now allow the use of the club pass. These new rules will allow teams and players the flexibility to maximize their tournament experience while maintaining the integrity and spirit of the event.
