For your convenience, we will be offering  optional Online Check-in!  You will click the green check in box from the home page of the tournament web site. Please note there is  a $20 fee for online check in paid to sinc. Review the document requirements and have all your documents ready when you begin.  You must start this option before Wednesday, Sept 5 and finish by Thursday Sept. 6.  If you do not complete Online Check-in your team MUST attend Friday night team check-in.  
There will be no Saturday check in.

All US Youth Soccer Association (SCYSA, NCYSA etc) Teams, AYSA and US Club

2018-19 laminated Coach and Player passes (official stamp with photo)

1 copy of 2018-19 stamped Team Roster. (8U-1U2 South Carolina teams must have an approved stamped tournament roster- league rosters will not be accepted.)

Current Medical Release form for each player.

 Approved Permission to Travel Form (out of state teams only- not needed for US Club).

 Tournament Player Release Form signed by all including guest players.

 Hotel and Contact Form – must be completed even if you are not staying in a hotel.

Guest Player information for Teams

1 copy of official Guest Player Roster with appropriate signatures.  Bring the required document for your state.

 In addition write the guest player’s information onto the copyof your official team roster that you turn in as well as the one you have at the field for inspection.

 Current Medical Release form for each player.

All guest players must be listed on the Tournament Parent/Player liability form.

Player pass must be the same type as the primary team.

We will not check your team seasonal medical release forms, but please have them with you.
