Kepner President's Cup The Kepner President's StateCup is the MIDDLE cup competitively of the 3 state cups offered by NCYSA. It is open to all levels of play except SRPL and Classic Premier, but is typically attended by Classic teams at the 1st and 2nd division levels. The Kepner President's State Cup is held over one prelim weekends of which your team will play 3 games with the possible advancement to quarterfinals (if applicable) and then the Final Four weekend.
