We have partnered with TRAVELING TEAMSTM to secure discounted room blocks at a variety of tournament approved hotels close to our venues. This is a Stay to Play event. It is required that all teams traveling to this event reserve their hotel accommodations through TRAVELING TEAMSTM. Thank you in advance for your cooperation!

ONLINE CHECK-IN:
All teams are required to complete Online Check-in no later than 4pm on Friday, April 21st. The following paperwork must be submitted to
tournaments@wilmingtonhammerheadsyouth.com to complete Online Check-In:
- Tournament Contact Sheet
- Red Stamped Approved Match Rosters
- Guest Player Rosters
- Front and Back of Each Player/Coaches Player Cards
- Out of State Travel (for non-NC teams)
*(Please note: Medical Waivers are not required for check-in, but MUST be present at the fields throughout the duration of the tournament)*
