CHECK-IN INFORMATION
 
Teams are encouraged to  use the online check in feature - Online check in  is the PREFERRED method!! 
 
Teams have 2 options for check in  - either ONLINE via the Tournament Website OR at the tournament Headquarters.  Failure to check-in will result in automatic disqualification (without a refund of the fee) from the Tournament. Please note - There will be NO SATURDAY CHECK INS.
 
ONLINE CHECK IN
 
Online check starts May  6th (AFTER teams are accepted)   and completed no later than May 15th, at 5 PM. However we encourage teams to start online check in as soon as they are  accepted into the tournament.  There is a small fee ($20) to  use the online check in option.  This is  determined by Soccer in College, not UFA. 
After your team has been accepted into the tournament, sign in, then  please click on the  green Online Check In button on the main page of this website.  
 

IN PERSON CHECK IN

Only one team representative needs to come to in person check in. 

In person check  in will be held May 17th, 6pm to 8pm.  In person Check In is limited so ONLINE check  is preferred.  Please note in person check in will end promptly at 8pm, to allow  our volunteers to  prepare  for Saturday am games.

When entering  the park,  the check in will be at the building by Field 2. Please come around building to side facing field to window to check in. 

 

CREDENTIALS REQUIRED:

 

At Check in, teams must provide the required credentials.  All teams must present:

  • State Roster - one copy of the official roster (issued by your State/ Youth Soccer association, available from club registrar).  Hand write guest playersname, DOB and  player ID on this roster.  The roster will be kept by tournament officials.
  • Game Cards – Game cards will be generated by the system (after you enter your roster, AND schedules are  released ).  Please bring 5 game cards with you to registration. Please go to Event Tasks, game cards to print. 
  • Player Release Form signed by parents (form available under "team tasks"  AFTER teams accepted to tournament, and  roster entered online) NOTE - This is called the "Athletic Waiver"  if checking in online. 
  • Player I.D. Passes – must be laminated with photograph. (issued by your State Soccer association and available from club registrar). Cards must be from Spring 2023 season, including Guest player cards! 
  • Medical Release Form - forms do not need to be notarized and you may use your club form.
  •  Permission to Travel Form - US Youth Soccer teams from outside Georgia must also provide this including a roster listing all players authorized to travel.

After the player passes and team roster have been stamped and verified, the Game Cards will be returned to the team representative. The approved game cards will be used for tournament games.

NOTE: If using online check in, you will be prompted to print your  game cards after online check in verified.  Online Check in  game cards will say "SINC Certified".
