Tournament Fees
6v6 (U9 and U10) - $495 per team
8v8 (U10 playing 8v8, U11 and U12) - $550 per team
11v11 (U13 and above) - $595 per team
ALL CHECK PAYMENTS DUE BY April 8, 2016.
Paperwork Requirements
Each team must provide the following at tournament check-in:
- Signed and Laminated Player Card with picture for each player.
- Medical Release Form for each player (does not need to be notarized).
- (5) copies of State Association approved roster (no more than 3 guest players per team) with players uniform numbers listed on the roster.
- Please make sure your coach and assistant are on the roster.
- Permission to Travel Form (If applicable)
Check-in Procedure
Our FREE on-line checkin is REQUIRED this year. There will be no on-site checkin available. Please see instructions under the "Documents / Check In" tab.
TN United has partnered with T3 Travel a travel agency specializing in managing travel to sports events. We believe T3 Travel will bring the same degree of professionalism, attention to detail, and quality service to fulfilling your housing needs for our tournaments. Please note, we require each participating team to book rooms with one of our Adidas TN United Cup of Champions partner hotels. We strive to negotiate the best prices at the top properties in the area and cancellation policies to protect our participants. All of our listed partner hotels are key supporters of this event without them it wouldn’t be possible.
