To input Coaching Conflicts into the scheduling system, follow these instructions: Log in to your team's account on the tournament webpage and go to your Team Page.   Click on the icon that looks like a calendar with an "X" in the middle for Conflicts on the right side of the screen: Now click on the button that says "Coaching Conflicts". Note - we do not allow Time Issues for this event. Now, enter in the Gender first, then the Age, and lastly the Team Name that your team has a conflict with, (The other team your coach will work with in the tournament).  Then click Save! Your coaching conflict will be Pending Approval, until I go through and verify it in the system.  Once this is done, I will be notified if I insert your team or your coach's other team into the schedule in a time that conflicts with the other team. REMEMBER: Following the above instructions is the only way to ensure your coaching conflict receives consideration during the scheduling process!
