From Highway 280:
Go to entrance of The Summit Shopping Center just West of I-459 Interchange. Enter Summit and pick up directions below.
From Interstate 459:
Take Highway 280 Exit. From I-459 North, turn left onto 280 at end of ramp. From I-459 South, bear right. Turn into The Summit Shopping Center just West of interchange. Stay on Summit Boulevard through shopping center to bottom of hill. Go straight through light and you are now on Crosshaven Drive. Go to second light (by Winn-Dixie) and turn Right onto Greendale . Go to stop sign and turn Right on White Oak. Go ½ a block and turn Left on East Street. Go to end of East Street and through gate.

Sports Blast
NOTE: Please follow these directions and not the GPS or Mapquest directions. The entrance to the complex has recently been changed.
From Interstate 459 North/Highway 280 Junction: Take Highway 280 East. Continue East on Highway 280 for 7.5 miles to the stoplight at Dunavant Road (County Road 41). Turn left at the light and then take the next right (only approximately 200 feet) the sign will say “SportsBlast/1996 Fields. This road will “T” into the driveway to the complex. Turn left and go down the hill to the parking lot. These fields are behind SportsBlast soccer complex.

Heardmont
From Interstate 459/Interstate 65 Junction: Take I-65 South to Exit 246 ( Highway 119/Cahaba Valley Road). Turn left on Highway 119 ( Cahaba Valley Road) for approximately 5 miles. Park is on your left.
From Highway 280/Highway 119 (Cahaba Valley Road) Intersection. Go south on Highway 119 (Cahaba Valley Road). (This intersection is east, towards Childersburg, of most hotels on 280.) Go approximately 6 miles. Park is on your right.

Mountain Brook High School
Take Exit 23 ( Liberty Parkway). From I-459 North, turn right at top of ramp. From I-459 South, turn left at the top of the ramp. Turn right again at first intersection, and another right at the next intersection (going back under I-459). You are on Overton Road. Go to your first stoplight and take a right onto Oakdale Drive. Go to the first stoplight and take a right into Mountain Brook High School . Lower Fields entrance is at the top of the driveway on the left. Upper field and stadium are straight ahead.
From Highway 280:
Turn onto Overton Road at flashing yellow light. Take Overton Road 3.7 miles to 4th stoplight. Turn left onto Oakdale Drive and go to the first stoplight. Take right into Mt Brook High School. Lower fields are on left at entrance to parking lot. Upper field is straight ahead across parking lot.

Liberty Park
Take I-459 N (towards Atlanta) to exit #23 "Liberty Parkway".
Turn right off the exit when you see Dairy Queen. Immediately turn right again, go 3 miles to the entrance to the "Vestavia Hills Sports Complex" on your right.
You will go through several stop signs, past a fire station and through a traffic circle (round-about) before you reach the stop sign at the gates of the park. Turn Right into Park just before Liberty Park Middle School at stop sign. Drive to the back of the complex past the softball fields into the back parking lot.
The Main Soccer Complex is at the end of the drive...

Sicard Hollow Athletic Complex (SHAC)
Take I-459 N (towards Atlanta) to exit #23 "Liberty Parkway".
Turn right off the exit when you see Dairy Queen. Immediately turn right again, go 3 miles and pass the Liberty Park Middle School on your right.
You will come to a T junction at the end of Liberty Parkway (just past the middle school).
Turn Right - the SHAC fields are immediately on your left.
The SHAC fields are located on Sicard Hollow Road at or around 4700 Sicard Hollow Road, Vestavia Hills, AL 35242 (you may need to enter Birmingham into your GPS, depending on your system).

Brookwood Forest
From I-459
Take Liberty Parkway exit. Follow exit to the right. Turn right on Liberty Parkway. Go to 1st intersection and turn right on Overton Rd. Follow Overton Rd to 2nd light. Turn right on South Brookwood Rd. Go through stop sign. School is on the right.
From Hwy 280?Take exit at Summitt Blvd. Go through the Summitt and into Cahaba Heights. Go to the 4th light and turn right on Overton Rd. Go approx 1 mile to South Brookwood Rd. Turn left at light and go one block. School is on the right
