This is an end of season tournament for Academy teams. We will have divisions for U09, U10, U11 and U12 teams. U12's will have both 8v8 and 11v11 divisions.
TEAMS
All teams must be USYSA affiliated. Three guest players are allowed. Each team is guaranteed three games. Teams will be divided in divisions to give the best possible competition.

The tournament committee reserves the right to combine age divisions if a smaller number of applicants is received for a particular age group.
ENTRY FEE
Under 9/10 (6v6) $300.00
Under 11/12 (8v8) $400.00
Under 12 (11v11) $475.00

ENTRIES
Full payment of entry fee must accompany the application. Once a team is accepted, the entry fee is non-refundable. If a team is not accepted, their entry fee will be returned in full.
DOCUMENTATION
Teams will need to have the following documents available at registration:
- Current USYSA validated player passes for each player.
- Copy of Official State Roster.
- A Medical Release Form for each player (You may use your own)
- A Player Roster and Release Form (You MUST get this form from our web site)
- Four copies of the Game Roster Form (You MUST get this form from our web site)
- A Permission To Travel Form for out of state teams.
