Tournament Eligibility
The ADIDAS Memphis Invitational Tournament is open to select and premier teams registered and in good standing with their USSF affiliated association. Eligible age groups are: U9, U10, U11, U12 8v8 And U12, U13, U14, U15, U16, U17, U18, U19 11v11 for boys and girls.

Teams will be grouped according to past playing record to make the most competitive divisions possible. The Tournament Committee alone determines final placement. The Committee uses many factors when ranking teams including league playing division and record, State Cup and tournament results, USA Rank ranking service, etc.

Teams
All teams and players must be USSF affiliated for the current seasonal year. USSF roster and ‘current player cards are required to participate. Each roster must include the numbers of the players' jerseys participating in the tournament. Notification of travel is required for all teams from out-of-state unless you are a U.S. Club soccer member.
The computerized team application system will assign your age group based on the age of your oldest registered player.
Players and Guest Players
A player may play for only one team during the tournament. A maximum of 4 guest players per team is allowed. Guest players must be registered and have a current season player pass.
Format
U9 – U12 8v8 – maximum roster size is 14 players. Four game guarantee if 8 or more team in age.
U12- U19 11v11 - maximum roster size is 18. Four game guarantee if 8 or more team in age.
Awards
Individual awards for 1st and 2nd place teams in each competitive age division and flight.
FEES AND DEADLINES
May 1, 2011 – All Entries and Fees due. Teams accepted on a rolling basis until age group and divisions are full.
U9 – U12 8v8 $650.00
U12 – U19 11v11 $700.00

On-line registration:
On-line registrations are quick and easy. Once your entry is received, the entry fee is deposited and non-refundable if accepted. All payments must be made by check. (If your team is not accepted, your entry fee will be returned in its entirety.)
Refunds:
We will deposit all funds and return refunds to all teams not accepted. Once your team has applied, unless your team is not accepted, your entry fee is non-refundable.
