Be sure to advise ALL players of the following...

When placing the uniform order, players will need to provide the following information under PAYMENT INFO: “SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS”, in order to assist in processing:

 

Player’s Name

Age group/gender

Team Name

Date of first tournament

 

Players will also be asked to include their jersey number when placing the uniform order. New jersey number assignments need to be approved by the UFA Uniform Coordinator. Failure to do so may result in them having to re-purchase the uniform package at their own expense. (Players MUST contact me for jersey number choices and have that choice approved BEFORE placing the uniform order. Email Uniforms@UnitedFA.org)

 

All required uniform items MUST be purchase with their first order. (Details below) If all the required items are not purchase, their player pass will be withheld.

Additional Required Items:

*Warm-ups(jacket and pants) are required for U11 Brazil teams, U12 and Up Elite, Classic 1, Athena A and R3PL teams. This is a new style as well, must order jacket AND pants. (This is a new style and is a REQUIRED uniform item for the above mentioned teams.)

*Goal Keepers: If your player is a goal keeper only, never a field player, they do not have to order the field jerseys. However, they must have/order a UFA goal keeper jersey. In addition, they do need to order all other required items for their team. (This includes the socks, shorts, practice t-shirt, pinnie, and backpack/warm-ups if required.)
