In order to add a staff member to the club you would have to have update access to this club. If you do, then you would click User Options - Manage Staff. Click "Add" on the left side of the Staff bar. Search for the staff member in our system or add a new member. Make sure you give them the correct role and access before you add them.
If you have access to this club, click the "User Options" - Add Team. There you can add the team's name, age, sex, photo, logo, and more!

Certified Teams are teams selected by Club staff as valid teams.
Club Staff can mark teams Certified by clicking "User Options" - Manage Teams. In the drop down you can select many options including "Certified." You can also mark teams as valid, current, pending, disbanded, etc. You can set your club page to only show teams that are certified. (Click "User Options" - Update Club and check the Manage Own Teams box.)
