AC Sandhills 3v3 Orange Cup

Registration Information - All Age groups $175
Please register for the age group based on the oldest player on the team. If one boy plays on a team it is considered a boys team and will be placed in the boys bracket. 
Min - 3 players
Max - 6 players

Documents Needed: 

Fall ACS In-House Recreation and Travel Players 
If you played in ACS Recreation or Travel during the Fall we have already registered you with NCYSA. You will need to provide players full name and birth date on the Sinc team roster located in the team page. In addition teams will need to submit 3v3 Waiver. 

NCYSA Member Players not affiliated with AC Sandhills must also bring: 
Guest Roster Form - This must be stamped by your clubs Head Registrar. - 2019-20 NCYSA Guest Roster for Out of Association Player 
New NCYSA Waiver for 3v3 team - NCYSA Medial Waiver  

Out of State Players - USYS Interstate Players 
You will need to provide players full name and birth date on the Sinc team roster located in the team page. In addition teams will need to submit 3v3 Waiver. 
Interstate Permission Form -  NCYSA Interstate Permission Form 

US Club Member Teams 
You will need to provide players full name and birth date on the Sinc team roster located in the team page. Teams will need to submit 3v3 Waiver. 
Age Verification - Email Birth Certificates to info@acsandhills.com to verify ages.
