5v5 Futsal divisions at the MAC (U8-U10) - $85 per game
7v7 / 8v8 divisions at Rockford (U11-U14) - $110 per game
9v9 / 10v10 divisions at Rockford (U15-U19) - $140 per game
Once all participating teams from your club have completed their application a club invoice will be sent via email.
A $200 per team depsot is due by November 4 to secure your place in the league.
